Don't Make It Harder Than It Is...
The Right Solution Is Right In Front of You!

Most people waste time and money for YEARS before they finally get rid of their acne. After years of struggling myself, I've tried over 30+ acne treatments, but only found ONE that really cures it quickly. Let me tell you... the truth is actually pretty shocking... MOST ACNE PRODUCTS ARE FLAT OUT SCAMS!

If you Have Acne, Here are 5 Foods to Avoid

The first time you got a pimple, your grandmother probably said to you, “You’re eating too much chocolate!” Well, that’s an old wives’ tale. Chocolate does not cause acne. Unless… you are allergic to chocolate!

Diet does play a huge role in both getting acne and treating acne. The best way to find out if what you are eating is causing your acne is to create a food diary.

Food diaries have been used for years by people who are watching their weight. By writing down every thing they eat, they are able to count their calories, and see where they can cut a few. If you suffer from acne, a food diary can prove to be very helpful for you, too.

A food diary for an acne sufferer is less about the quantity of food, and more about the quality and type of food. It is vital that you keep track of the foods you eat and what is in them. Writing down that you had a salad for lunch is important – but what is more important is what was in that salad. If you had nuts or seeds in your salad, write it down. If there were tomatoes or blue cheese dressing, write it down. Only by writing down the actual food items you eat, will you be able to identify if there is a link between your diet and your outbreaks.

Chocolate does not cause acne, but if you are allergic to it, it may make acne worse. In addition, any other food allergy – nuts, meats, dairy, eggs, gluten – can also exacerbate a propensity toward breaking out.

Once you have established whether or not foods are playing a part in your acne, there are some foods that are scientifically known to make acne worse. Dairy products, including milk, yogurt, cheese, and eggs can cause a sensitivity to acne. This is not true in all people, but it is a good place to start when trying to figure out if food is a cause.

It goes without saying, that any food that contains an excess of oil should be avoided. This includes fried food – French fries, potato chips, and donuts.

By taking this natural approach to acne treatment, you will find that, although you may have to change your diet a little, you will not have to face all the side effects of medical treatments.
