For most people with acne, it seems like they have lived their entire life with it. In most cases, it started when they reached puberty, but for some people, it didn’t rear its ugly head until they were young adults. In either case, the lives of acne sufferers have been damaged by the disorder.
It seems unlikely that something that has been going on for so long can be treated in such a short time as 3 days, but there are all-natural ways to clear up your acne in 3 days and make sure that it never returns.
Acne comes in many different forms. For some people, it is just a series of annoying pimples that appear on the face. A more severe version may be accompanied by a redness and discoloration with “pock marks” and scarring. Some people have a form of acne that is not only pimples, but also cysts or lumps that appear on the face, back, arms, or chest. These cysts cannot be “popped” like normal pimples and are not only unsightly, but can leave the sufferer with substantial scarring for life.
All acne, however, is caused by pores that are clogged. The easiest and quickest way to eliminate this condition is by adopting some all natural techniques.
The cheapest and easiest way to start curing acne in 3 days or less is to start drinking lots and lots of water. Most people with acne are dehydrated and the dehydration causes oils and debris to clog the pores in the affected areas. By thinning out the blood and oil content in the body, the clogging will reduce, as will the acne.
Another all natural approach to clearing up acne that can work in a short period of time is vinegar and lemon juice. By applying a mixture of diluted vinegar with the juice of half a lemon, you will effectively clean all surface oil from your skin. Your skin may appear dry to the touch, but the concoction will work deep into your pores to help clean out excess oil, and in turn, prevent pimples from reappearing.
Although acne pimples may seem almost too tempting not to pop, doing so is a surefire way to ensure more pimples. By popping your pimples, you are spreading bacteria over the affected area, and may create an infection. Acne that becomes infected will result in permanent scarring in most people.
