Don't Make It Harder Than It Is...
The Right Solution Is Right In Front of You!

Most people waste time and money for YEARS before they finally get rid of their acne. After years of struggling myself, I've tried over 30+ acne treatments, but only found ONE that really cures it quickly. Let me tell you... the truth is actually pretty shocking... MOST ACNE PRODUCTS ARE FLAT OUT SCAMS!

Why Do Some People Get Acne and Others Don’t?

If we knew the answer to that question, we would be rich! There are many reasons why people get acne, but no one reason for why some people do not. If you take a look at any group of 13-year-olds, you will see some with acne, some without, and most of them are eating the same diets, doing the same after-school activities, and washing their faces the same way. So, why do some of them have acne and some don’t?

The first reason many people get acne is genetics. Give a big “thanks” to mom and dad for giving you acne! Yes, it can be genetic in part. It isn’t like baldness where it skips a generation, but more like handing down curly hair or blue eyes. If your parents have “greasy” skin, so do you. If your skin is more prone to oil production, you have a greater likelihood of getting acne.

Another reason people get acne is because of their hair. If you have long hair and it drapes across your forehead, you will be more apt to get acne. If you have oily hair by nature, you are more likely to get acne. If you commonly wear a baseball cap, or wear a hat at work, a helmet in sports, or a headband of any kind, you will likely get acne.

Women are more prone to acne than men, and during that special time of the month, they can break out more often. People of certain ethnic backgrounds are prone to acne in particular places of their body, but few ethnicities, if any, can get through adolescence without acne.

Nutrition plays a big part in how bad your acne will become. Nutrition does not cause acne, but it can make it worse. The good news is that it can also help prevent acne! Mom may have told you that chocolate causes acne, but she was wrong. Too much sugar can make acne worse, but you didn’t get that pimple because of a chocolate bar – you probably got it because of her!

A common sense natural approach to acne treatment can help most people. By making changes to your diet, changing how you take care of your skin, and even taking a look at your environment, you can alter the severity of your acne (or eradicate it altogether) in three days or less.
